Remove overcap. Press white leaver to remove spong from spout before using. If product does not dispense, push up piston inside base.

Use 1/4 tso once a night for two weeks, then reduce to 1/4 tsp every other night for two weeks. Then reduce to 1/8 tsp every other night or the lowest dose needed for balance. ALWAYS use with bio-identical progesterone. 

This formula may be used vaginally or topically on thin skin areas. Do not use vaginally before intercourse. It is not necessary to insert, for best results, use on the vaginal lips especially for vaginal dryness or cell atrophy.
